I find this type of coclusion very misleading.
We all realize that a robust rural economy is the key for overall
stability/development of our country. In studying the underlying
problems plaguing this sector, in designing solutions, and in
implementing such solutions, we should be eager to employ technology.
Especially, Information Technology can assist us a great deal
throughout such reform processes.
We should not protray IT as an inherent enemy of the rural economy.
Nothing will be farther from truth.
