link (how to reduce input costs while increasing the productivity) of
the chain in creating a robust rural economy.
I would like to add the following-
While finding ways to educate, promote use of technology, and to
develop sustainable farm practices is always welcome, I will be careful
not to introduce more bureaucracy. Do you think, public private
partnerships will find an opportunity hear? Should government encourage
and nurture such partnerships?
