Re: Required Skills for a successful career in IT


I agree with a lot of what is said here. Most of what is needed to be
successful in IT is not necessarily having the proficient skills, but
rather these intangible interpersonal skills. I agree with Venkat and
Sagar 100% with that they have said, specially your boss is always
right no matter what. I personally think that the IT culture is
absolutely disgraceful. Before I moved into IT, I worked at a bank
for 3 years and I totally enjoyed it.
