Excellent point Mahesh,
But, we have labour laws that are archaic
and any reform of these laws are bitterly opposed by the Indian communists.
Even China is dismantling these type of laws which give the right to fire
corrupt and over staffed workers

As long as all parties including Congress or TDP do not ostracize the
communists, there will be no reform. Communists believe is Robinhood
economics of income re-distribution and power lust without responsibility
(supporting UPA , but opposing every reform whether selling stakes in BHEL,
SAIL etc or privatizing Airports Authority of India ect)

So, when all reform oriented parties whether Congress, TDP and BJP take a
united stand then only true reform is possible
